This role will be A Shift, Sun-Tue 6AM-6PM, Wed 6AM - 12PM.

Starting Hiring Rate: $20-21/hr

Join Avery Dennison as a Label Machine Operator, where you will take ownership of advanced labeling technology to deliver high-quality products. We are looking for a mechanically inclined "Technical Pilot" who is accountable, curious about how equipment functions, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• **Performance & Accuracy:**Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
• **Technical Ownership:**Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes.
• **Data & Quality:**Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail.
• **Safety & Collaboration:**Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure overall site health.

• **Detail-Oriented:**You have a strong eye for quality and can monitor close tolerances to ensure every product meets specifications.

• Team-First: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker for the good of the department.

• High school diploma or GED.

• 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.

• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.

• Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations.
