Labeling Strategist

For our client, we are seeking a Labeling Strategist to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will guide global labeling strategy across the product lifecycle, partnering closely with regulatory, cross-functional, and regional stakeholders. The position will help shape high-quality labeling content and responses that support compliant product decisions in a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in labeling regulations, regulatory affairs, and scientific collaboration to influence outcomes for complex compounds.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,972 – $179,903 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and chair Labeling Working Group meetings and cross-functional presentations
• Develop and maintain core and regional labeling documents, including Core Data Sheets and patient information leaflets
• Represent labeling on global regulatory teams and influence product decisions
• Provide strategic guidance on labeling regulations and industry trends to internal teams
• Manage labeling processes for complex compounds throughout the product life cycle
• Advise on the creation and review of high-quality labeling documents and regulatory responses
• Supervise staff and support their professional development

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, Associate's, or High school diploma, with corresponding years of experience in related fields
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory affairs and labeling processes
• Strong understanding of product development, biology, and pharmacology
• Proven project management and analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills
