Job Summary

As a labor team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that commercial, hospitality, educational, healthcare, and recreational spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks in retail stores, hotels, educational institutions, hospitals, restaurants, gyms, and other commercial spaces
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, restrooms, windows, and common areas according to established standards
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are properly maintained
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a secure environment for staff and visitors
• Assist with set-up or breakdown of spaces for events or daily operations as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail store cleaning, hotel cleaning, educational institution cleaning, hospital cleaning, restaurant cleaning, or gym cleaning is highly desirable
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
• Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Prior experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, or steam cleaners is a plus

Pay: $25.22 - $30.38 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
