Responsibilities

• Assist with rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry, and drywall setup to ensure project specifications are met efficiently
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, or mixers safely and effectively to support construction activities
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks including caulking, flooring installation, and concrete finishing with precision
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and execute tasks accordingly
• Support carpentry, welding, and masonry work during renovation or restoration projects to maintain quality standards
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for material handling, site cleanup, and preparation activities
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working with construction materials and equipment to maintain a secure work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or related trades with knowledge of mechanical systems and building processes
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
• Skilled in various trades including masonry, carpentry, drywall installation, concrete finishing, welding, and flooring installation
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working at heights or confined spaces as needed
• Knowledge of restoration techniques and renovation procedures is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
