Job Opening: Construction Worker

We specialize in foundation repair, structural upgrades, crawlspace and basement work, and home renovations. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow in the construction field—we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Assist with concrete repair and restoration
• Support installation of helical piers for foundation stabilization
• Work on crawlspace repair and encapsulation systems
• Perform general construction labor tasks on residential and commercial job sites
• Assist with equipment setup, material handling, and job site cleanup
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Construction experience is a plus but not required
• Experience with concrete, foundations, or general labor is beneficial
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various outdoor conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
