Labor Relations Officer (Onsite)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Employee Relations (ER) Officer is responsible for managing and supporting all employee relations matters, particularly disciplinary actions, labor cases, performance management, and employee movement processes such as promotions and issuance of NOPA (Notice of Personnel Action). The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws, maintains proper documentation, and promotes a fair and consistent approach in handling employee concerns and performance issues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handles employee relations and labor cases

2. Performance Management

3. Promotion & NOPA Processing

4. Records Management

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

6. Others (Admin Function)

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's Degree of related courses (Bachelor's in Human Resource, Psychology & Behavioral Sciences)

2. Has strong experience in food service industry (fast pacing environment)

3. Has strong analytical & critical thinking

4. Detailed-oriented

5. Communication and coordination skills

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
