Laboratorium Analyst

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with Fe content analysis and operation of relevant laboratory instruments, such as:

1. AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy)
2. ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma – Optical Emission Spectroscopy)
3. UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
4. XRD (X-ray Diffraction)
5. XRF (X-ray Fluorescence)
6. Titration.
7. PH testing.

• Basic understanding of quality control procedures and laboratory safety.
• Willing to work in a production environment with strict safety regulations.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, good teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English is a plus, Mandarin will be a advantage
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials for LFP cathode production.
• Conduct in-process quality checks during each production stage.
• Operate and maintain testing instruments for Fe content and other material parameters.
• Prepare, analyze, and record test results per company procedures.
• Identify and document non-conformities together with the Testing team.
• Assist with routine laboratory analysis and sample preparation.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with company quality and safety standards.
