Laboratory Analyst

• Maintain knowledge of chemical products, chemical hazards, safety requirements, and titration procedures.
• Perform daily titration checks in accordance with established work instructions and procedures.
• Perform daily checks and monitor cleaning solvent concentration based on titration pointage and/or pH values.
• Record and maintain daily titration results and chemical monitoring records during production.
• Closely monitor and follow up on new products, chemicals, and process changes to ensure compliance with specified requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of hazardous chemicals in accordance with applicable safety requirements and procedures.
• Maintain and implement activity of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and 5S within laboratory and related area.
• To perform other job function deem necessary by management including quality & environment management system (QMS/EMS).

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong data analysis skills with early identification of potential quality issues.
• Demonstrates creativity, strong technical skills, and sound independent judgement in solving challenges.
• Understand ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 requirement.
• Good communication skill.
• Able to multitask work under tight schedule, pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
