Laboratory Analyst

About the role:

To perform laboratory testing, analysis, and quality monitoring of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Core Duties:

• Laboratory Testing & Analysis – Perform physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Quality Monitoring & Control – Monitor product quality parameters and report deviations.
• Documentation & Data Management – Record and maintain accurate laboratory test results and reports.
• Laboratory Equipment Care – Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and tools.
• Safety & Compliance – Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with standards.

Job Specifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field;
• Licensed Chemist / Chemical Technician is an advantage

Experience:

• 1–3 years’ experience in laboratory or quality control environment preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background may be considered

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures
• Familiarity with testing equipment and instruments
• Understanding of quality standards and procedures
• Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools)

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Work performed in laboratory and production areas
• Exposure to chemicals and testing materials
• Standing for extended periods
• Handling laboratory equipment and materials
• Use of PPE required at all times

Language:

• Basic English and Filipino proficiency
• Ability to read technical procedures and reports

Documentation:

• Ability to prepare test reports
• Maintain laboratory records
• Record data accurately

• High sense of safety awareness, risk assessment, and compliance orientation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and adaptability under pressure.
• Ability to work independently or within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to undergo continuous training and skills upgrading as required by company or regulatory needs.

• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other departments and personnel.
• Professional conduct under pressure, Willing to work shifts if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,430.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
