Laboratory Analysts

Crystal Sugar Company, Inc. is seeking Laboratory Analysts to join our Quality Assurance & Control team. This is a full-time position based in Maramag, Bukidnon. This position is responsible for the proper and accurate performance of analysis of all samples from the process stream materials according to the prescribed methods of analysis, so that timely and correct results of analysis will be feedbacked to operation personnel to guide them in the process and progress of the operation.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Sugar Technology or Food Technology

• Chemical Technician Certificate as minimum requirement

• Preferably with two years laboratory experience in the sugar industry

• Proficiency in conducting laboratory analyses and using standard testing equipment

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams

• Preferred experience with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) or similar food safety systems
