What they need
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily laboratory operations and workload
- Ensure timely and accurate test results
- Monitor TAT, productivity, quality, and capacity
- Manage laboratory personnel, equipment, and resources
- Ensure staff competency and proper training
- Drive process improvement and backlog reduction
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with QA and other departments
About you
- BS Chemistry graduate
- Licensed Chemist
- Preferably with 3–5 years laboratory experience
- Supervisory or managerial experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
