ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Laboratory Method Developer responsible for developing, validating, and implementing new laboratory test methods to support product innovation, material evaluation, quality improvement, and customer requirements. Ensure test methods are reliable, accurate, repeatable, and aligned with

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and establish analytical methods to meet customer requirements, applicable standards, and intended purposes for various materials, products, and innovative technologies.

• Plan, execute, and document method validation, verification, and revalidation activities.

• Prepare technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Support method deployment, transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure technical compliance with applicable analytical standards and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

• Maintain technical report and support laboratory audits.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 5 years of experience in laboratory testing,analytical method development,or product testing is

preferred.

• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO standards,and laboratory quality management systems.

• Understanding of method validation, measurement uncertainty, and statistical analysis.

• Ability to operate, maintenance and troubleshooting, laboratory testing equipment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of analytical chemistry

• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to manage multiple technical projects (good in priority setting)
