The Opportunity

This is not a typical retail pharmacist role. We are looking for a driven, people-oriented pharmacist who thrives in both a laboratory environment and face-to-face engagement with prescribers. You will be a brand ambassador for Amber — educating doctors, specialists, and clinicians on the value of compounding, while also working hands-on in our dispensary to produce high-quality preparations.

What You Will Do

Prescriber Engagement & Business Development

• Visit and build relationships with doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals to introduce and educate them on our compounding capabilities
• Act as a trusted clinical resource for prescribers — advising on formulation options, dosage customisation, and patient-specific solutions
• Represent Amber Compounding Pharmacy at medical events, clinics, and professional meetings
• Identify opportunities to grow our prescriber network and support business development initiatives

Laboratory & Compounding Operations

• Prepare and dispense compounded formulations in accordance with GMP standards and SOPs
• Maintain accurate compounding records, ingredient logs, and quality documentation
• Ensure full compliance with HSA regulations and Fagron quality standards
• Assist in reviewing and improving compounding formulas and processes

Patient & Clinical Support

• Provide counselling to patients on their compounded medications including usage, storage, and safety
• Collaborate with the clinical team to troubleshoot formulation challenges and optimise patient outcomes

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Pharmacy and valid registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
• Passionate about personalised medicine and the science of compounding
• Confident communicator — comfortable presenting to and building rapport with prescribers and specialists
• Self-motivated and able to manage both fieldwork and laboratory duties
• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in compounding documentation and quality control
• Willingness to learn — with access to Fagron's global training platform and continuous education programmes
• Prior experience in compounding or medical sales is an advantage, but not essential
