Laboratory Processor

Dental Lab Processor, Appliances and 3D Printing

Our digital lab sits onsite at Aura Dental Clinic, a busy 5-surgery practice, so there is a steady, high volume of work coming through the door every day.

The role

Hours - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Contract - Full time, permanent

Salary - £13.00 per hour

Location - Halo Dental Lab, inside Aura Dental Clinic, East Avenue, Billingham

What you'll do

• Prepare, print and finish 3D models from intra oral scans
• Run and maintain the 3D printers, including post-processing, curing and cleaning
• Make appliances to a high standard: retainers (vacuum-formed and fixed), bleaching trays, sports mouthguards and soft splints
• Check every case against the prescription before it leaves the lab
• Turn work around to tight same-day and next-day deadlines for the onsite clinic
• Keep cases tracked on our lab system, and keep the lab clean, organised and compliant with infection control

What we're looking for

• Fast, accurate and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
• No previous lab experience required

Why Halo

• Steady, high volume of work from the 5-surgery practice next door, so the day is never quiet
• Work face to face with the dentists who prescribe your cases, with quick feedback and no couriers

• Regular hours, Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends
