As a Laboratory Projects Specialist, you will be at the heart of analytical projects that support the development of new medicines. Acting as the link between internal laboratory teams and project requirements, you will coordinate analytical activities, ensure high-quality deliverables and contribute to keeping projects on track. Through your work, you will help accelerate access to innovative therapies for patients around the world.

Your key responsibilities

Here's what you'll take ownership of:

• Coordinate project implementation with laboratory teams while ensuring timelines, protocols and contractual requirements are respected
• Monitor the availability of samples and reference standards throughout project execution
• Communicate analytical progress to internal stakeholders
• Ensure the review of analysis reports and certificates of analysis
• Maintain quality documentation in collaboration with laboratory and compliance teams

Skills you'll need to bring

To succeed in this role, you'll demonstrate:

• Scientific background at Master's level or Engineering degree
• First experience in project management within a regulated environment such as GMP, GLP or GcLP, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluency in French and English (minimum B1 level)
• Customer-focused mindset
• Adaptability in a changing environment and multitasking capability
• Risk awareness and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
• Team-oriented approach
