Laboratory Supervisor

Premiere Medical and Cardiovascular Laboratory Inc. is looking for a Laboratory Supervisor/Marketing professional to oversee laboratory operations, ensure quality service, supervise staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and support business growth through marketing initiatives.

Location: 📍 46 Lower G/F, Diliman Commercial Center, Commonwealth Ave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and staff performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address client concerns.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, reports, and inventory.
• Conduct staff training and support professional development.
• Assist in marketing activities to promote laboratory services and attract clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Marketing, or any business-related course.
• Experience in laboratory operations and/or marketing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
