LABORATORY SUPERVISOR

We are hiring a Laboratory Supervisor for our quality department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily laboratory operations and manage product reliability testing activities.
2. Operate, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of testing equipment, including temperature/humidity chambers, vibration tables, and automated smoking machines.
3. Ensure laboratory testing procedures comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and applicable quality standards.
4. Review test results, analyze abnormalities, and prepare accurate laboratory reports.
5. Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable test results.
6. Lead laboratory staff and communicate testing requirements and technical findings effectively in Mandarin.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry or electronics.
2. At least 5 years of laboratory management experience.
3. Familiar with the operation and maintenance of e-cigarette reliability testing equipment (constant-temperature/humidity chambers, vibration tables, and automated smoking machines) and ISO / IEC 17025 systems.
4. Fluent Mandarin.
