- Confidence working with numbers, measurements and calculations
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to follow processes and work accurately
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Clear communication and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A strong commitment to health, safety and quality
Previous experience or study in science, mathematics, laboratory testing, quality assurance or a similar technical field would be preferred but is not essential. Full training will be provided to the right person.
What's in it for you?:
- Full-time, Monday-to-Friday hours
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Brand-new, purpose-built head office and laboratory in Thames
- Fresh fruit and quality coffee
- Table tennis and a fully equipped onsite staff gym
- Free onsite parking
- A supportive team environment within a growing, family-owned business
If you're practical, detail-focused and looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a technical environment, we'd love to hear from you.
