Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and the opportunity to play an important role in maintaining product quality and supporting efficient plant operations.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous laboratory experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates

Description of Duties

• Perform daily laboratory testing according to standard operating procedures to support plant operations
• Record all data and test results accurately and in the required format
• Maintain and properly operate laboratory equipment, including calibrations and cross-validations
• Order and maintain laboratory supplies and inventory
• Interpret laboratory data and understand its impact on plant operations
• Maintain laboratory equipment and testing records
• Assist with research, testing, and documentation for experimental trials involving new ingredients and processes to improve plant efficiency and output
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Communicate test results and observations effectively with plant personnel and management

Reporting Structure

• Reports To: Laboratory Manager
• Supervises: None

Schedule

• Full-time position, Monday-Friday
• Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed
