Laboratory Technician

Role Summary

The Laboratory Technician supports product development and technical operations by compounding prototype formulations, conducting product stability testing, and maintaining laboratory inventory and hygiene under the direction of the Application Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Compound and prepare prototype formulations according to specifications provided by the Application Executive.
• Perform stability testing on developed prototypes to ensure product compliance and quality standards.
• Assist in organizing and conducting product and laboratory training sessions for internal sales teams and prospective clients.
• Track and manage raw material and packaging material stock levels designated for prototype development.
• Ensure the laboratory remains clean, safe, organized, and properly maintained at all times.
• Report daily operational progress, test outcomes, and material needs directly to the Application Executive.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or graduate of any college course.
• Preferrably with at least 2 to 3 years of practical experience in laboratory work.
• Hands-on knowledge of laboratory testing, formulation procedures, and inventory monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Basic computer literacy for data logging, documentation, and managing inventory records.
• Effective time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple formulation requests efficiently.
• High degree of reliability, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical and sales teams.
