Laboratory Technician

Lab Technician:

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.

• Experience in engineering functions such as:

• Mechanical Engineering

• Electrical/Electronics Engineering

• Manufacturing Engineering

• Equipment Engineering

• Systems Engineering

• Integration Engineering

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand and work with multidisciplinary systems.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience creating and reviewing technical reports, procedures, and engineering documentation.

Key Technical Competencies:

1. System Integration

• Experience integrating complex electromechanical systems.

• Understanding of interactions between mechanical, electrical, software, and optical subsystems.

2. Testing and Qualification

• System validation and qualification experience.

• Performance verification against specifications.

• Calibration and acceptance testing knowledge.

3. Troubleshooting and Debugging

• Root cause analysis skills.

• Hands-on debugging of equipment and manufacturing issues.

• Ability to diagnose hardware and system-level failures.

4. Manufacturing and Equipment Experience

• Exposure to production or manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of process improvement and quality systems.

• Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
