Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop research and project proposals on local and regional governance and write research reports and summary articles qualified for publication and in pursuit of research agenda of the Center;
• Write case studies and conduct fieldworks and interviews towards this end. Must use different data generation techniques for research projects. Must likewise contribute in the development of research instruments, processing and analysis;
• Assist in the continuing research on the issues and progress of decentralization in the Philippines;
• Primarily responsible for the development of manuals and guidebooks for local government service delivery, for the Center and its partner institutions;
• Formulate training designs, instruments, prepare input materials for the Center's training programs, and serve as facilitator; and
• Serve as coordinator for the CLRG website.
