Job Summary

YMH Construction is seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to support daily construction activities and job-site operations. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-conscious, and ready to work as part of a construction team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and job-site tasks
• Load, unload, and move tools and construction materials
• Prepare work areas and maintain a clean job site
• Assist skilled workers with assigned duties
• Perform basic cleanup, demolition, and material-handling tasks
• Organize tools, equipment, and supplies
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures
• Support the crew with additional construction duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Comfortable working in different weather and job-site conditions
• Ability to lift and move materials safely
