Laborer

Unique Construction Co LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to assist with daily construction activities in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves preparing work areas, moving materials, maintaining an organized job site, and supporting construction crews with general labor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and cleaning construction sites.
• Load, unload, and move building materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support construction workers with assigned tasks.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Help set up and take down tools and equipment.
• Follow supervisor instructions and workplace safety procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and follow job-site safety practices.
