We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our growing team. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn a specialized trade, grow their mechanical skills, and build a long-term career in the physical security industry.

What You’ll Do

As a General Laborer, you will work closely with our experienced service technicians and operations team to support shop operations and field installations. Your daily duties will include:

• Shop & Yard Operations: Assisting with organizing, staging, and prepping equipment, tools, and materials for daily service routes.
• Field Assistance: Helping technicians load, unload, and maneuver heavy security equipment, safes, and vault components safely using specialized dollies and rigging gear.
• Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining, organizing, and safely operating various hand and power tools.
• On-the-Job Learning: Gaining hands-on experience in mechanical security hardware, assisting with routine maintenance, and supporting shop fabrication tasks.
• General Upkeep: Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and workspace environment.

What We’re Looking For

We value strong work ethics, punctuality, and a willingness to learn above all else. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Mechanical Aptitude: A natural curiosity or prior experience working with tools, mechanics, or building things.
• Physical Stamina: The ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs safely with team assistance) and stand, bend, or kneel throughout the shift.
• Reliability & Punctuality: A dependable track record of showing up on time and ready to work.
• Requirements:
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable for company auto insurance).
• Willingness to submit to and pass a standard background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Why Join Our Team?

• Paid On-the-Job Training: Learn a recession-resistant, specialized trade from seasoned industry experts.
• Career Growth: Opportunities to advance into an official Field Service Technician role as you master the trade.
• Stable Schedule: Standard daytime hours with consistent workflow.
• Supportive Culture: Work alongside an experienced, collaborative team where your hard work is noticed and appreciated.
