Ace Diversified Services is a family-owned, Holland, Ohio-based company providing essential sanitation, site support, and equipment services to construction sites, businesses, municipalities, homeowners, and events.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to work across a variety of services, including portable restrooms, restroom trailers, septic services, temporary fencing, barricades, freshwater systems, office trailers, and jobsite/event support.

As a Laborer with Ace Diversified Services, your responsibilities may include:

• Installing and removing temporary fencing, gates, barricades, and other jobsite equipment
• Delivering, setting up, servicing, cleaning, and retrieving portable restrooms and restroom trailers
• Assisting with septic pumping and waste-service operations
• Assisting with commercial grease trap cleaning and related site services
• Loading, unloading, securing, and organizing equipment and materials
• Assisting with freshwater tank deliveries, setups, refills, and pickups
• Helping prepare and maintain portable office trailers and other jobsite facilities
• Supporting RV/camper pump-out services
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Performing routine cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of equipment
• Operating hand tools and equipment as trained
• Working safely around construction sites, events, businesses, and residential properties
• Providing professional and respectful service to customers
• Following Ace standards for cleanliness, attention to detail, professionalism, and readiness
• Performing other duties necessary to keep our customers' projects and events running smoothly

• Can lift, carry, push, pull, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

• Is comfortable working around construction sites and heavy equipment
• Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
• Treats customers, coworkers, and their property with respect
• Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Previous construction, sanitation, septic, landscaping, delivery, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus but we're willing to train the right person.
