Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in supporting production operations, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and assisting with various manual tasks across the facility. Duties

• Assist with assembly line operations by handling materials, parts, and components efficiently
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments to support manufacturing processes
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely to move raw materials or finished products
• Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport items within the facility
• Interpret technical drawings and production documents to ensure accurate assembly and manufacturing standards
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety protocols in accordance with safety standards in production
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions for lean manufacturing practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, adhering to safety protocol standards at all times

Qualifications

• Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of production environments
• Hands-on experience with forklift operation, power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Prior experience working on assembly lines or in manufacturing management roles is a plus
• Familiarity with safety standards in production, lean manufacturing principles, and process improvement techniques
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and commitment to safety protocol adherence
• Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous

Pay: $23.61 - $28.43 per hour
