We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in supporting production operations, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and assisting with various manual tasks across the facility. Responsibilities

• Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, components, and finished products to support production workflows.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments accurately for assembly and mechanical tasks.
• Interpret technical drawings, production documents, and specifications to ensure precise assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Use forklifts safely to move pallets, raw materials, or finished goods within the warehouse or factory floor.
• Conduct routine safety checks, adhere to safety protocols, and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with team members managing production or assembly lines to meet daily targets and maintain quality standards.

Experience

• Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with assembly line work or mechanical assembly is advantageous.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments accurately.
• Experience managing or supporting production teams is a plus but not required.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices will set candidates apart.

Pay: $23.33 - $28.09 per hour
