Polyurethane Manufacturing

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our polyurethane manufacturing team. This hands-on role supports production operations through finishing work, material handling, and production assistance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grind and polish polyurethane parts to meet quality specifications

• Roll and prepare metal tubes for production processes

• Build wooden crates and packaging materials for product shipment

• Provide production support for polyurethane pouring operations

• Assist with mold preparation and setup

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and techniques

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset

• Comfort working with hand tools and basic equipment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Hourly wage: $20-25/hour based on experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position involves working in a manufacturing facility with exposure to polyurethane materials, machinery, and physical demands including standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day.
