We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer / Ground Work professional to join our dynamic Trucking team. Duties

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, loading trailers, flagging for specific jobs
• Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment safely
• Operate power tools and basic equipment for excavation, grading, and material placement under supervision
• Conduct routine inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Support equipment repair and maintenance tasks to keep tools and machinery in optimal condition

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment repair and troubleshooting
• Experience with manual handling, heavy lifting, climbing, and working at heights when necessary
• Understanding of respiratory protection requirements and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Prior industrial or construction site experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
