You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your construction experience and restoration industry knowledge to deliver exceptional service. Safety is our top priority, and you’ll be equipped with the necessary PPE and training to perform your duties confidently while adhering to strict safety protocols. This paid position offers on-call coverage opportunities, allowing you to make a real difference when it matters most.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls for water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and flood restoration projects.
• Perform cleaning tasks using hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and other specialized restoration tools.
• Assist with construction-related activities such as demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup following safety guidelines.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while following all safety procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) including respiratory protection during hazardous material handling mold abatement.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and clients to ensure project progress aligns with expectations.
• Follow all safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on-site.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and other restoration machinery safely.
• Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and proper PPE use at all times.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency response coverage outside regular hours.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly is required.
