Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Laborer Trainee Fixer to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Support the management team by assisting with daily maintenance and repair tasks across different sites
• Learn and follow safety protocols while performing routine inspections and troubleshooting equipment or structural issues
• Assist with the installation, fixing, and maintenance of fixtures, machinery, or infrastructure components under supervision
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently as part of ongoing projects
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, report progress, and identify areas needing attention
• Drive company vehicles for transportation of tools, materials, or personnel when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety standards are met at all times

• Willingness to learn new skills related to maintenance, fixing, and management tasks
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines diligently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in driving company vehicles is a plus
• Basic physical fitness to perform manual tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward learning and development
• Prior experience in management or maintenance roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided

Pay: £120.00-£140.00 per day
