Laborer/Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer/Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks, operating and maintaining equipment to support an oil reclamation facility. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will ensure efficient project progress while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Operate and maintain bobcats, pumps, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal and safe functioning
• Follow safety protocols at all times and use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly
• Support team members with various manual tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and productivity
• Document work activities accurately and report any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly

Requirements

• Ability to operate industrial equipment safely
• Physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
• Basic understanding of construction or industrial site procedures preferred
• Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and insurance
• Ability to pass 10 panel drug and alcohol screen
• Must have or be able to pass 10 hour OSHA Training
• Must pass online facility Core Training and Site Training
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Learn and follow all job, safety, and environmental procedures

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
