Laborers to do Jack and Bore work

Job Summary

We’re looking for motivated Laborers to join our Jack and Bore crew. In this role, you’ll assist with trenchless utility installation, supporting boring operations, pipe handling, and general site work. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn and grow in the construction field.

Role & Responsibility

• Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of jack and bore equipment
• Perform digging, backfilling, and site cleanup
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment
• Support pipe and casing installation during boring operations
• Follow all safety rules and crew instructions
• Travel frequently to out-of-town job sites as required

Employment Requirements

• Construction or utility work experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to travel for extended periods when projects require
