In collaboration with the Talent, Culture and Leadership Business Partner, the successful candidate will:
- Act as a trusted partner to project teams and advise managers on labour relations matters in a construction site environment;
- Ensure the application and interpretation of the R-20 Act, applicable regulations, and construction industry collective agreements;
- Support managers in workforce management matters, including disciplinary issues, layoffs, recalls, rehiring, and other labour relations files;
- Proactively address labour-related issues, working conditions, and trade jurisdiction matters;
- Collaborate with unions, employer associations, the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ), and other industry stakeholders;
- Support the prevention and resolution of labour relations disputes to ensure operational continuity;
- Monitor labour relations risks and recommend practical solutions to minimize operational impacts;
- Prepare analyses, recommendations, and advisory reports for managers and internal stakeholders.
This role could be for you if you have
- A university degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Labour Law, or a related field;

- Strong knowledge of the R-20 Act, its regulatory framework, and construction industry collective agreements;
- A solid understanding of key industry stakeholders, including the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ), unions, and employer associations;
- Demonstrated ability to influence, advise, and manage complex situations in a field-based environment;
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
