About Us

We are a growing Refrigeration and Air Conditioning company carrying out installation, servicing and repairs across commercial and industrial sites. Our work ranges from local shops and restaurants through to government buildings, construction sites and large commercial premises.

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team. Whether you're looking for your first step into the industry or already have some experience, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

· Installation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems

· Servicing and repairs

· General labouring duties

· Loading/unloading materials

· Keeping work areas clean and organised

· Learning the trade from experienced engineers

· Opportunity to progress onto formal college training for the right candidate

What We're Looking For

· 18 years or over

· Reliable, honest and punctual

· Hard-working and physically fit

· Keen to learn a skilled trade

· Flexible with working hours when required

· Able to work respectfully as part of a team

· Live within the Chesterfield area (or have reliable transport)

· Full UK driving licence preferred

· CSCS, IPAF, DBS, SSSTS, F-Gas and PASMA are advantageous but not essential

Working Away

Most work is within approximately two hours of Chesterfield. Occasional overnight stays are required. When working away we provide your own hotel room, breakfast and evening meal.

Hours & Benefits

· Monday to Friday

· 10-hour day (including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

· Occasional flexibility due to customer requirements

· 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
