Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators for digging, lifting, or site preparation activities.
• Support groundskeeping efforts by maintaining lawns, gardens, pathways, and irrigation systems to promote vibrant and sustainable landscapes.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and optimal operation.
• Aid in construction projects by preparing sites, moving materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Follow safety protocols during all tasks to maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily assignments efficiently and effectively.

Skills

• Experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping with knowledge of horticulture principles.
• Mechanical knowledge related to operating machinery such as excavators or power tools.
• Proficiency with hand tools including shovels, rakes, pruners, and other gardening implements.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems for watering and landscape health management.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Construction experience or background in gardening or horticulture is highly desirable.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
