Job Title: Labourer

Ingimundson Construction Ltd. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Labourer to join our water and sewer crew. This role supports underground infrastructure work, including pipe installation, excavation, grading, and site preparation. You’ll be part of a skilled team focused on delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with water and sewer installation, excavation, and grading
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate hand tools and compaction equipment
• Perform shoveling, raking, and general site clean-up
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow direction from site supervisors and collaborate with crew members
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in sewer and water installation and grading is an asset
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials, work outdoors, and stand for long periods
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Available to work Monday to Friday, with weekends as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
