About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated Assisitant Labourer/Installer to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll assist in the installation of windows, roofing systems, railings, and sunrooms. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, and has a strong background in construction and carpentry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install windows, doors, roofing, siding, and outdoor living products like sunrooms and railings.
• Assist and support lead installers on-site.
• Operate power tools and equipment including mitre saws, jig saws, drills, ladders, and hand tools.
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow instructions, problem-solve on site, and communicate clearly with team members and clients.
• Travel daily from Brighton to Belleville and surrounding areas in a company truck.

What You Bring:

• Experience in construction/carpentry (framing, caulking, decks, window/door installation) is an asset, but not required.
• Must be able to get to Brighton Ontario in the mornings, and be ok with travelling around Belleville and surrounding areas for the job sites.
• Experience in roofing, siding, or window & door installation is an asset
• Bonus if you have knowledge of modular rooms, patio covers, or railing systems.
• Comfortable working at heights (Working at Heights certification is a plus—or willing to obtain).
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 45kg (100 lbs).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid G driver’s license, clean abstract, and must have vehicle.
