Labourer

Overview

YOU MUST BE BASED IN PRINCE GEORGE. Join our dynamic team as a Labourer and be an essential part of our restoration projects and commercial maintenance program! In this role, you will actively contribute to the smooth execution of site operations by performing a variety of physical tasks, assisting restoration technicians, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. Duties

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite
• Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers
• Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials as needed to maintain workflow momentum
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for yourself and colleagues
• Perform general site maintenance including debris removal, waste disposal, and minor repairs
• Help with site inspections to identify hazards or unsafe conditions and report them promptly
• Contribute to maintaining accurate records of materials used and tasks completed throughout each shift

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and driver's licence is non-negotiable.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs
• Prior experience in construction or restoration is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• CLEAN criminal record and CLEAN appearance as we work inside occupied homes/businesses

Pay: $20.50-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
