This role will help us to do this by providing a professional labouring service that delivers an excellent customer experience whilst adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Support decorators in carrying out painting and decorating work within the customer homes & vacant properties
• Aid all trades team with a range of property repair and maintenance tasks
• Ensure customer’s homes are left clean, secure, safe and disposing of waste in line with company procedures
• Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers’ homes
• Updating PDA systems
• Orders parts, materials or follow-on work as required

We Need Someone Who Has

• Experience undertaking general labouring duties (roofing/ground working), or of working within a similar role
• Experience carrying out and supporting repair-work including associated multi-trade tasks, both internally and externally within customers homes
• Sound building and construction knowledge
• General building maintenance repair knowledge
• Competent in using mobile applications and handled technology including PDA’s
• A full valid driving license.
