About Us
Green Energy Solar & Electrical Ltd installs domestic solar PV and battery storage across Wales, including government-funded retrofit schemes such as ECO4, LA Flex, GBIS and RISE PPA. We’re growing fast and looking for reliable labourers to join our installation teams. No experience needed, we’ll train you.

The Role
You’ll support our solar installation crews on domestic properties, helping with materials handling, site preparation and tidying up, and learning the trade as you go. You’ll travel to sites across the region with the team. A company van is provided, along with free on-site parking at our unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload the van each day and carry panels, rails and materials to site
• Pass materials up to the roof team safely, including panels, rails and fixings
• Help with scaffold access areas, site set-up and protecting customers’ property
• Assist roofers and electricians with basic tasks as directed
• Keep the site, scaffold and van clean, tidy and organised
• Take site photos and help with job documentation when asked
• Follow all health and safety instructions and wear PPE at all times
• Report any damage, hazards or issues to the team lead straight away
• Travel to sites across Wales as required, with overnight stays for distant jobs

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry panels and materials all day
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Full UK driving licence (preferred, due to travel)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Willing to travel across Wales, with overnight stays where required
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable (not essential)

• CSCS card (we can help you get one)
• Previous labouring, construction, roofing or warehouse experience
• Comfortable with heights (full training provided)
• Experience on ECO4, LA Flex, GBIS or similar retrofit schemes
