We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Roofing team across various operational tasks across the site. Including but not limited to footing ladders and assisting in the installation of changing roof vent tiles, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe working environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within a dynamic and supportive organisation. Duties

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Supporting the movement of goods around the site using manual handling techniques or machinery where trained.
• Preparing work areas by cleaning, organising, and setting up necessary tools and materials.
• Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as required.
• Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times, including the proper use of PPE.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work sites to promote safety and efficiency.
• Performing general labouring tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and basic site maintenance.

Experience

• Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual tasks over extended periods.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to construction or industrial environments.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required.
• A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory. Pay: £140.00-£200.00 per day
