What they need
Job Title: Construction Helper / Labourer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Department: Construction / Site Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers with daily construction activities.
- Carry, load, unload, and arrange construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Mix and prepare cement, mortar, concrete, and other materials as instructed.
- Support blockwork, plastering, excavation, and other general construction activities.
- Clean and maintain the construction site, work areas, and storage spaces.
- Remove debris, waste materials, and unwanted items from work areas.
- Assist with shifting, lifting, and positioning materials under proper safety procedures.
- Follow instructions from the Civil Foreman, Site Engineer, and other supervisors.
- Use basic hand tools safely and responsibly.
- Follow all company health, safety, and environmental rules.
- Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, helmets, and gloves.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
