Labourer Meat Processing Facility - Meat Experience a Must

Country Cooked is an Australian owned and operated manufacturer of premium quality cooked & raw proteins. We immediately need Labourer to join our team. Meat knowledge a must.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Picking & packing of orders

• Food Handling

• Cleaning of production work area

• Machine operation

• General labouring duties

• Adhere to company policies & OH&S rules and regulations.

• Follow stringent HACCP & SQF guidelines.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Experience in similar work environment (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit and strong with a can-do attitude
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to follow instructions with a high level of accuracy.
• Work Hours 5AM start - Monday to Friday
• Team player
• Reliable with a willingness to learn and teach other staff members.
• Continuous Improvement Process Mindset
• Hold a forklift license (preferred but not essential)
• Meat knowledge is essential
• Working in Cold Environments
