Location: O'Connor | Immediate Start | Temp-to-Perm | HR Licence Required

We are seeking a reliable HR Labourer for an immediate start, with a strong work ethic and hands-on experience using their HR licence.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work and the potential for a long-term position.

The Role:

You will be working across residential and commercial projects, assisting with general labouring duties while also operating HR vehicles as required.

Duties will include:

• General labouring and site duties
• Loading/unloading materials and equipment
• Driving and operating HR vehicles
• Assisting trades and operators on site
• Following daily instructions and site requirements
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

About You:

• Current HR Licence
• Previous hands-on HR driving experience is essential
• General labouring experience
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Well presented and professional
• Looking for ongoing, long-term work

Hours & Pay:

• O'Connor yard
• 6:00am arrival / 6:20am start
• Monday–Friday, approximately 55 hours per week
• Saturdays only occasionally required
• Pay rate in the $20s & $30s, depending on experience.
