Labourer/Framer

Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine framing requirements
• Measure and cut wood and other materials according to specifications
• Assemble walls, floors, and roofs
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure accuracy and quality of work
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Experience in framing, or related construction work
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and tight deadlines
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting (minimum 50lbs) and working in various weather conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
