Responsibilities

• Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and materials as needed
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects with proper safety techniques
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare work areas by setting up barriers, signage, or protective coverings for ongoing projects
• Participate in routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is advantageous
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50.0 per week
