What they need
Complete operational responsibility for the Labour Chowk
Mandatory daily on-site presence and active supervision
Maintain operational discipline, resolve disputes, manage crowd flow
- Worker Identification & Registration
Identify unregistered construction workers visiting the Labour Chowk
On-the-spot worker registration and renewal using tablet/mobile devices
Capture accurate data as per DBOCWWB formats
- Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with employers, contractors, and site supervisors
Act as field-level liaison between workers, contractors, and government authorities
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
