Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced LabVantage SME with 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in LabVantage development . The ideal candidate should have strong programming experience in Core Java, SQL, JavaScript and Ruby , along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The candidate will act as a subject matter expert, supporting solution discussions, development activities, technical decision-making and stakeholder communication.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of overall experience with strong LabVantage experience
• Strong hands-on LabVantage Development experience
• Core Java – Mandatory
• SQL – MS SQL and/or Oracle
• JavaScript
• Ruby
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience in architecture / solution discussions
• Ability to work as a technical SME and bridge business and technical teams

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a LabVantage Subject Matter Expert
• Provide technical guidance to development teams
• Understand and gather business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in architecture and solution discussions
• Explain LabVantage capabilities and limitations to business stakeholders
• Support development, troubleshooting and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with business, technical and client teams
• Provide technical inputs for integrations and LabVantage modules
• Support project delivery and ensure technical solutions align with business requirements
